Bike & Build: Bike and Build is a great option for bike enthusiasts 18-25 (and leaders up to 28). Bike and Build organizes cross-country bicycle trips which benefit affordable housing groups. You join a team of other young people and ride your bike from coast to coast, while building houses along the way. Each member needs to raise money for affordable housing causes and train beforehand, but no extensive cycling experience is necessary.
